Responsibilities

• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Review code, technical documentation, and solution designs to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status review meetings.
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and career development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and development best practices.
• Drive continuous process improvements and encourage innovation within the team.
• Prepare and present project status reports and performance metrics to management.
• Good knowledge on Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH)
