Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruitment Specialists at Clarity Consulting will be doing Talent Acquisition for IT/ITes/Non IT companies. He / She will get expertise experience on sourcing candidates for multiple profiles (Non-IT / IT / sales)
• They will be given a strong understanding of the IT/Non IT domain and will have expertise in screening IT/Non IT profiles.
• They will get experience in recruiting for Lateral and Leadership positions received from IT / ITES/ Non IT clients.
• To deliver on these critical to close mandates he/ she will be involved in the below mentioned activities,Clarity Consulting
• Understand the client requirement for various roles, identify potential candidates that will best fit the requirement and facilitate the hiring process from Search to Joining.
• Extensively work on search tools like job sites, social media, internal and external databases.
• Head hunting for desired profiles whenever required. This position calls for a very high attention to detail, ability to learn and educate oneself about clients business, technical and functional skills for mandates shared by the clients and excellent communication skills.

Career & Growth Prospects
Future growth prospects exist within the firm to become a Team Leader managing teams and a Practice Manager, managing client relationships.

Perks and Benefits
Our compensation includes monthly Fixed Salary plus Variable. There is no cap on earnings from incentives, which are paid quarterly on target achievement.
