Role Summary

A reputed organization is looking for a technically soundand solution-oriented IT Support & Systems Executive to provideday-to-day technical support and maintain the organization's computer systems,software, printers, networks, and basic IT security.

The candidate will be responsible for troubleshootinghardware and software issues, supporting employees with IT-relatedrequirements, maintaining IT assets, and coordinating with external IT vendorswhenever required.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Providebasic technical support for desktops, laptops, computer hardware, andperipherals.
• Install,configure, update, and uninstall software and applications as required.
• Troubleshoothardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
• Troubleshootemployee IT issues using a practical and problem-solving approach.

Printer & Peripheral Support

• Install,configure, and troubleshoot printers, including:
• Laserprinters
• Thermalprinters
• Ensuresmooth functioning of computer peripherals and related equipment.

Network & System Support

• Support LAN and Wi-Fi network setup and troubleshoot basic connectivityissues.
• Assistin managing workgroups, domains, user accounts, and Active Directory.
• Supportbasic configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls such as FortiGateand SonicWall.

IT Security

• Monitorand support antivirus, ransomware, malware, and other cybersecurityprotection measures.
• Ensureonly genuine and authorized software is installed and used across companysystems.
• Educateusers about the risks and consequences of using pirated or unauthorizedsoftware.
• Maintainbasic records of IT systems, software, hardware, and IT assets.
• Coordinatewith IT vendors and service providers for technical support wheneverrequired.
• Ensuretimely resolution of routine IT-related issues.
• Supportemployees in using AI-based productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude,and other relevant tools.
• Remainopen to adopting new technologies and adapting to evolving businessrequirements.

Qualification

Compensation
