Junior Executive – Internal IT Support

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Internal IT Support to provide day-to-day IT support to employees and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Support laptop/desktop deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and management.
• Troubleshoot printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and software license records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement.
• Assist with antivirus, MFA, and basic IT security requirements.
• Maintain IT support records and documentation.
• Track and close support tickets within the required timelines.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when required.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Intune is preferred.
