New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd in Pune is seeking a motivated Junior Systems Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The role will support administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, endpoints, and infrastructure.

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows systems and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, application, and network issues.
• Manage users, groups, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
• Configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Perform software installations, updates, patches, and system upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and security alerts.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
• Follow IT security policies and escalte complex issues when required.

• Hardware, software, and desktop troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
