Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure across multiple clinics in the Delhi NCR region.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hardware, networking and IT support, with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues independently and ensure secure network operations. This role also involves domain controller management and field support across clinics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 24 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Hands-on with Sophos firewall, AD, Windows Server, and network devices.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities

• Shopos (Sophos) management: Handle ID creation and administration through Sophos and ensure network security across clinics.
• Domain Controller administration: Manage users, permissions, and system policies via Active Directory and monitor domain servers/backups.
• Hardware & networking support: Install, configure, repair desktops, laptops, and network hardware; troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Peripheral & device management: Setup/Support printers, biometric attendance systems, and IP phones; keep devices updated.
• IT asset management: Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses; regularly update systems and software.
• Field support: Travel to Delhi NCR clinics for on-site assistance and minimal downtime.
• Technical documentation: Maintain logs/reports of IT activities, issues, resolutions.

Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to manage and support the organizations IT infrastructure across multiple clinics in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and IT support, with the ability to troubleshoot and manage on-site technical issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopos (Sophos) Management: Handle ID creation and administration through Sophos. Ensure network security and compliance across all clinics.
• Domain Controller Administration: Manage users, permissions, and system policies via Active Directory. Monitor and maintain domain servers and backups.
• Hardware & Networking Support: Install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, and associated hardware. Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Peripheral & Device Management: Setup and support printers, biometric attendance systems, and IP phones. Ensure all peripheral devices are functional and updated.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses. Regularly update systems and software as needed.
• Field Support: Travel to various clinic locations within Delhi NCR for support and installation. Provide on-site assistance to staff and ensure minimal downtime.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain logs and reports of all IT-related activities, issues, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 24 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with: Sophos firewall and ID creation. Windows Server, Active Directory, and Domain Controller. Printer, biometric, and IP phone configuration and troubleshooting. Computer/laptop repair and configuration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare/clinic industry will be advantageous.
• Bachelor's Degree with IT & Networking Knowledge.
