Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of ERP support, implementation, or administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ERP transactions across all departments.
• Create and maintain master data for customers, vendors, items, BOMs, employees, and projects.
• Provide first-level support to ERP users and resolve system issues.
• Coordinate with ERP vendor for bug fixes, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Ensure timely, accurate data entry by all departments.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reports for management.
• Conduct user training and prepare SOPs and user manuals.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP automation.
• Support ERP implementation, testing, and rollout of new modules.

Job Summary
