Tekskills invites an IT Service Desk Executive with 1.5+ years of experience to join its Pune-based IT Infrastructure Services team. The role focuses on incident management, service desk operations, and effective communication with users to ensure timely resolution.

You will work in a hands-on environment handling tickets, coordinating with IT teams, and contributing to uptime and customer satisfaction. UG graduates are welcome, on-site role in Pune.

Qualifikationen

• UG graduates only; any graduate degree accepted.
• Experience in IT service desk or service desk operations is required.
• Strong communication and incident-management skills are essential.

• Handle incident lifecycle from detection to resolution.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure SLA adherence and timely updates.
• Maintain and update tickets using ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool.
