Job summary

Keywords India is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to ensure 24x7 network availability, manage Windows and Linux servers, and administer AD, GPO, and Google Workspace. You will implement automation, monitor health and coordinate with vendors for incidents and projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT infrastructure experience, strong networking knowledge and a proactive, collaborative mindset. This is an in-office position in Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, AD, GPO, and Google Workspace.
• PowerShell/Python scripting experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at intermediate+ level.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISPs, internet connectivity and 24x7 availability.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS and network connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches and routers.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, AD, GPO, and Google Workspace.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability and resolve issues.
• Maintain Windows and Linux servers, apply security patches and backups.
• Install, configure, update, and manage enterprise software and apps.
• Provide advanced IT support for hardware, software, systems and network issues.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline routine tasks.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors and IT teams for incidents and projects.
• Ensure security, compliance and operational standards.

Requirements

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivity.

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, systems, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain GPO policies in accordance with regional and global IT policies.
• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, asset records, and support/change logs.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to automate routine IT tasks.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and regional/global IT teams for incident resolution and IT projects.
• Ensure IT infrastructure follows required security, compliance, and operational standards.

Desired Skills

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure/system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching, and firewalls.
