Job summary

Keywords India is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our in-office team in Asia Pacific. You will manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, AD, GPO, and Google Workspace, ensuring 24x7 availability and secure operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong networking knowledge, scripting in PowerShell or Python, and proactive problem-solving. You will collaborate with regional IT teams to maintain documentation and support enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure/system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, routing/switching, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, GPO, and Google Workspace.
• PowerShell/Python scripting experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISPs, internet connectivity, and related issues to ensure 24x7 availability.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, Active Directory, GPO, and Google Workspace.
• Monitor system health, network performance, availability, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows & Linux servers, including security patches, updates, and backups.
• Install, configure, update, and manage enterprise software and applications.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, systems, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain GPO policies in accordance with regional and global IT policies.
• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, asset records, and support/change logs.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to automate routine IT tasks.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and regional/global IT teams for incident resolution and IT projects.
• Ensure IT infrastructure follows required security, compliance, and operational standards.
