Job summary

Keywords Studios India is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage accounting activities under GAAP/IFRS, ensure month-end close, and deliver accurate MIS and cash flow forecasts.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with auditors, oversee intercompany movements and forex, and contribute to policy development, reporting to the Finance Controller.

Based in Gurugram, this in-office contract role offers exposure to a multinational group and cross-border finance operations.

Qualifications

• Semi-qualified CA with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in multinational organizations and cross-border financial operations.
• Proven team management experience (leading 4–5 members).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end financial transactions and month-end close.
• Prepare MIS reports and cash flow forecasts for management.
• Lead annual accounts and coordinate with auditors.
• Handle intercompany transactions, forex, and consolidations.
• Support Finance Controller in policy development.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Supervise 4–5 finance professionals.
• Prepare financial presentations for leadership.
• Work with ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced Excel.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting activities, ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
• Oversee end-to-end financial transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Prepare MIS, monthly financial reports, and cash flow forecasts to support management decision-making.
• Lead annual account preparation and coordinate with statutory, internal, and external auditors.
• Handle transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, forex management, and consolidations.
• Support Finance Controller in developing financial and budgetary policies.
• Ensure effective internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and guide a team of 4–5 finance professionals.
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations and analysis for leadership.
• Work with ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite or similar) and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

• Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in multinational organizations and cross-border financial operations.
• Proven team management experience (leading 4–5 members).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ERP system experience (Oracle/NetSuite) preferred.
