Job summary

Increasingly is building a global recruitment initiative and you will collaborate with a distributed team of recruiters and hiring partners to source talent across India, UK, US, and Germany.

You will conduct initial screening, map markets, identify candidates with AI tools, and continually improve sourcing tools and workflows to support scalable talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing talent across multiple regions: India, UK, US, and Europe.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies.
• Experience sourcing IT profiles and tech roles.
• Ability to manage international pipelines and adapt to regional expectations.
