Job summary

Deloitte in Gurugram is seeking an IT Project Manager (Senior Consultant) to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery within budget, and enforce security and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates bring 10-14 years of experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and expertise across data centers, cloud, networks, and security infrastructure. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

9+ years IT experience with strong IT Infrastructure Project Management exposure.
End-to-end infrastructure project delivery.
Experience with Data Center setup/migration.
Network & Server upgrades.
Cloud, Storage & Backup infrastructure.
VDI / End-user device refresh.
IT Security Infrastructure IAM, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection.
Strong Project Planning, Risk, Budget & Timeline Management.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management.
Cross-functional/multi-geography teams.
SDLC knowledge.
Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies.
JIRA mandatory.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies and project governance.
Lead cross-functional technical and business teams.
Track milestones, project status and delivery performance.
Prepare project plans, status reports, RAID/risk logs and communication plans.
Communicate project progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams and client stakeholders.
