BXI Ventures is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 6–8 years of experience to join our delivery organization in Gurgaon on a hybrid basis. The role covers initiation to closure of multiple projects, ensuring objectives stay within scope, timelines, and budget.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules, monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools are essential

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 6–8 years of experience to join our Project Management and Delivery Organization. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects across the full project life cycle—from initiation to closure—while ensuring the successful delivery of objectives within scope, timeline, and budget. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and expertise in project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, covering the entire project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
• Work under the direction of the PMO to deliver projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Assemble project teams, define individual responsibilities, allocate resources, and develop detailed schedules.
• Create and maintain effort-driven project schedules by monitoring timelines, milestones, task dependencies, and critical paths.
• Track and control project performance by evaluating progress and conducting regular status meetings.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues impacting project deliverables.
• Provide leadership and integrate cross-departmental activities to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Serve as a role model and mentor for project management standards, strategy, quality, and change leadership.
• Act as a motivator, fostering collaboration and a culture of teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers regarding project objectives and progress.
• Determine, monitor, and review project economics, including cost, staffing, and resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in IT project management roles.
