The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technical project delivery, strong leadership, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, plus tools like Jira, Azure DevOps or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Delivery / Project Management
• Strong experience managing enterprise technical projects and client engagements.
• Hands-on experience with project governance, SLA/KPI, resource and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical IT projects / Managed Services engagements.
• Manage enterprise client engagements, ensuring SLA, KPI, quality and timeline adherence.
• Act as the primary contact for client governance and stakeholder management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technical IT projects and Managed Services engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project/program delivery, enterprise client management, stakeholder governance and leading cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master / ITIL certifications preferred.
• Cloud/DevOps exposure is an added advantage.
