Job summary

AAPNA Infotech is seeking a Junior HR – HR Operations & AI Generalist to own the HR lifecycle from onboarding to exit, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes while keeping people first.

You will collaborate with leaders, manage vendors and drive engagement initiatives, using Excel and digital tools to build dashboards and reports. This is a remote role with flexibility for home-based work.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR experience.
• Experience with onboarding, employee lifecycle, HR operations, and exit formalities.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI or automation to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Own HR end-to-end: onboarding to exit formalities and lifecycle management.
• Be the people connector: drive engagement initiatives and employee communications.
• Own the data: HR dashboards, org charts, MIS, and employee records.
• Make things happen: manage vendors, events, and employee-experience initiatives.
• Be AI & tech savvy: use AI, automation, Excel and digital tools to reduce repetitive work.
• Challenge the status quo: identify gaps and drive practical improvements.
• Communicate with confidence with employees, leaders, vendors and stakeholders.
