Hetero in Hyderabad is seeking an IT procurement specialist to manage end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor quotations, SAP PR creation, PO coordination, invoice booking, and vendor payment follow-up.

You will track procurement requests, purchase orders, and delivery commitments, coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable, and maintain procurement trackers to ensure policy compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 710 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably IT procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PR creation (ECC 6 or HANA S4) and procurement processes.
• Experience coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, and vendors.
• Good knowledge of invoice processing and vendor payment follow-up.
• Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement reporting.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities
