Job summary

Black Box in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced SAP MM/SD operations professional to support PR/PO handling, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes for System Integration projects.

The role involves coordinating vendor onboarding, maintaining master data, ensuring SAP accuracy, and delivering timely billing, deliveries, and revenue recognition while collaborating with Sales, SCM, Finance and Project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP MM/SD operations and related processes.
• Understanding of PR, PO, GRN, inventory, sales orders, deliveries, and billing.
• Exposure to order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and master data maintenance.

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).


• Coordinate vendor onboarding and master data maintenance.


• Track material availability, inventory, goods receipts (GRN), and stock transfers.


• Support procurement planning for project and customer requirements.


• Ensure timely receipt and reconciliation of materials in SAP.


• Resolve procurement and inventory-related system issues.


• Create and maintain customer sales orders.


• Process order releases, deliveries, billing, and invoicing activities.


• Monitor order execution from booking to revenue realization.


• Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Finance, and Project teams for order fulfillment.


• Manage customer master data and pricing conditions.


• Support revenue recognition and order closure activities.

SI Business Support

• Support end-to-end project execution for System Integration projects.


• Monitor project margins, billing milestones, and delivery schedules.


• Ensure SAP transactions accurately reflect business operations.


• Generate operational reports for leadership reviews.


• Support audits, compliance requirements, and process governance initiatives.

Skills Required

• Strong SAP MM and SD knowledge.


• Understanding of PR, PO, GRN, Inventory, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Customer Master.


• Knowledge of SI project lifecycle and order management.


• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• 3-8 years of SAP MM/SD operations experience.


• Experience in System Integration, Technology Solutions, Networking, Data Center, or IT Services business.


• Exposure to order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
