Hetero Hyderabad is seeking an experienced IT Procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing of hardware, software, networking gear, and cloud services, including AMC contracts. You will oversee PR, RFQ, vendor evaluation, and negotiations to secure best terms.

You will create POs, coordinate GRN and invoices, manage vendor payments and renewals, and strengthen supplier relationships. Collaboration with IT, Finance, Operations and Logistics is essential to improve efficiency, control

Competenze

• Experience in end-to-end IT procurement including hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Strong in PR, RFQ, vendor evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
• Proficient with PO creation, GRN, invoice coordination, and vendor payments.
• Experience with contract renewals and supplier relationship management.

Role & responsibilities

Experienced in managing end-to-end IT procurement covering hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud services, AMC contracts, and IT infrastructure requirements. Strong hands-on expertise across PR, RFQ, vendor evaluation, commercial negotiations, comparative analysis, PO creation, GRN, invoice coordination, vendor payments, and contract renewals.

Proven ability to partner with IT, Finance, Accounts, Operations, Logistics, and business stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency, control costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery.
