Job summary

Singlax Consulting Services Thane is seeking an IT Procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing from RFPs through contract execution. You will develop strategic sourcing plans, coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, and identify suppliers for hardware, software, networks, and IT services.

The role requires 3-7 years in IT procurement with strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of procurement processes, compliance, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, contracts, and execution.

• Conduct market research and identify suppliers for IT products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards throughout procurement.
• Partner with Finance and IT leadership to manage the IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes from sourcing to contract negotiation and execution. Lead end-to-end procurement processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI) for enterprise hardware, software, network infrastructure, and IT services.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify potential suppliers for various IT products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.
• Partner with Finance and IT leadership to manage the annual IT procurement budget (CAPEX and OPEX).

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in IT Procurement or related field (Strategic Sourcing).
• Strong understanding of Procurement Management, Procurement Planning, Sourcing, Contract Negotiations, and SOW management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
