Manager - Operations

Direct Reports (N+1 & N-1): Operations (reports to COO); N-1: Production engineer, PPC in-charge, Maintenance in-charge, Stores and local Logistics.

General position purpose: Manage plant personnel and ensure a high level of performance through transparent communication and efficient empowerment. Drive the optimization of existing processes and systems.
