Job summary

Mavenbmc Faridabad is seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to lead the plant’s Production, Operations, PPC, Supply Chain, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering functions from the front lines. You will drive productivity, capacity utilization and cost optimization while ensuring quality, safety and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of plant operations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving productivity, cost optimization and capacity utilization.
• Track record of implementing Lean, Kaizen, TPM and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Strong ability to monitor production planning, delivery schedules and quality metrics.
• Responsible for P&L, budget adherence and cost controls with Finance.
• Experience in CAPEX planning and infrastructure projects.

• Develop and execute overall operational strategy aligned with company business goals.
• Lead Production, Operations, PPC, Supply Chain, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering functions.
• Drive plant productivity, operational efficiency, capacity utilization and cost optimization.
• Monitor production planning, delivery schedules, quality performance and customer commitments.
• Ensure effective P&L, budget and operational cost control in coordination with Finance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and customer-specific requirements.
• Manage capacity planning, manpower planning, infrastructure and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
• Strengthen vendor, supplier and customer coordination to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish and monitor KPI/operational dashboards covering productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead new plant setup, expansion, automation and operational transformation projects.
