Own the end-to-end operational reliability and security posture of enterprise IT infrastructure and security operations, with a focus on:

• Large data center operations stability (availability, performance, change discipline)
• Security operations (SOC coordination, incident handling, operational controls)
• Strong task/project tracking and governance

Proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and closure.

This role is for a doer-manager who brings structured operations, strong coordination, and measurable outcomes (SLA, uptime, incident reduction, risk closure).

Experience (Must)

• Technical & Operational Capability (Must)
• Strong knowledge of DC Operations: virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage basics, backup, OS operations, capacity
• Monitoring: infra monitoring concepts (alerts, thresholds, baseline, noise reduction)
• Security Operations: EDR, email security workflows, vulnerability operations, SOC coordination
• Network fundamentals: firewall, switching/VLAN concepts, VPN basics (operations view)

Certifications (Optional)

• ITIL Foundation / Intermediate
• ISO 27001 LI/LA exposure
• Microsoft SC-200 / AZ-500 (if your environment is Microsoft-heavy)
