Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+/Security+ or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure management.
• Experience managing complex IT environments including servers, networks, storage and cloud services.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Mentoring junior administrators or technical staff and leading IT operations projects.

Responsibilities
