Sabre Travel Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Operations Analyst I to support the OCC's infrastructure and services, ensuring operational stability and incident response. You will work with Service Reliability engineers and knowledge bases to resolve issues and perform day-to-day tasks in a 24/7 environment.
The role requires 1–2 years in Command Center or NOC settings, familiarity with monitoring tools, and strong communication skills; a Bachelor's degree is expected.

The Operations Control Center (OCC) team plays a key role in the operational support of Sabre’s infrastructure and cutting-edge technology platforms that support over 85,000 transactions per second. OCC is the first responder for all Sabre platforms worldwide that monitor and mitigate potential impacts before they become an issue. The role of the analyst will perform the following through knowledge base driven actions, on the job training and in-depth cross-training with fellow OCC peers and Sabre’s own Service Reliability engineers that will provide the following:
