Job summary

Manschaft IT Private Limited in Mumbai invites applications for Infrastructure Operations and Project Management roles. The candidate will oversee servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing SLAs/KPIs, and driving service improvements while maintaining docs and architecture standards. 10+ years of enterprise infra experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, VM and hypervisor technologies, AD and GPOs.
• Experience with barcode/RFID or related systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms, and end-user connectivity
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and server room infrastructure.
• IT Infrastructure Project Management
• Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with infrastructure providers, telecom vendors, and system integrators.
• Review vendor performance and drive service improvements.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and architecture standards.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/GCP) and on-premise environments.
• Support vulnerability remediation, infrastructure hardening, and security audits.
• Design and implement short- and long-term IT Infrastructure Projects.
• Coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Practice IT Infrastructure management, including maintenance of the IT inventory, life cycle management and related documentation for a greenfield project.
• Scope preparation after evaluating the requirements.
• prepare /validate Service level agreements with vendors.
• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the vendors, third-party executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users

Experience

• 10 years of experience in managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc.
• Exceptional knowledge of IT Infrastructure services contains network, server, printing, wireless ,firewall ,RFID ,Manufacturing systems termination ,barcode scanner etc
• Excellent knowledge of cloud , VM and hypervisor including Active Directory, Group Policies, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, , Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.etc
• Experience in barcode scanner /RFID or other barcode solutions
• Experience in building conference /meeting rooms will be an added advantage
