Job summary

Tanla Platforms is seeking an IT & NW Engineer III to support the corporate IT environment, end-user computing, and security standards. You will provide day-to-day operations, user support, and ensure compliance across IT assets and vendors.

You will administer Intune/JAMF for devices, manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and coordinate identity, access, and security across teams. Relevant certifications and a proactive, collaborative approach are valued.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in Corporate IT Infrastructure, End User Support or IT Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Working knowledge of Palo Alto Cortex EDR, antivirus, Check Point email security and common endpoint security tools.
  • Good understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, corporate Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, user-support and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and coordinate with users, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, desktops, OS, apps and user access; resolve incidents within SLAs.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune and JAMF for multi-OS devices, including enrolment, deployment, configuration, and patching.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID including provisioning, licensing, MFA, CA, SSO, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Support antivirus, Palo Alto Cortex EDR and Check Point email security; monitor health and handle quarantines; coordinate security incidents.
  • Support DLP, vulnerability agents, VPN and secure remote-access clients, web filtering, ITSM/ticketing and asset-management systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS and Wi-Fi; assist with complex changes with Network/Security teams.
  • Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference-room devices, displays and video-conferencing systems; coordinate vendors.
  • Maintain IT inventory, procurement, warranties, renewals and vendor SLAs; maintain SOPs and knowledge documents.

About The Role:

The IT & NW Engineer III will support the organization's corporate IT environment, including end-user computing, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security tools, office networking, audio-video systems, IT assets and vendors. The role is responsible for reliable day-to-day operations, timely user support and compliance with IT and security standards.

What youll be Responsible for:

  • Corporate IT Operations: Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, desktops, operating systems, applications and user access; resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Endpoint Management: Administer Microsoft Intune and JAMF for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS devices, including enrolment, application deployment, configuration, compliance, patching, encryption and device lifecycle activities.
  • Microsoft 365 & Identity: Manage Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Entra ID, including user provisioning, licensing, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint support.
  • Endpoint & Email Security: Support antivirus, Palo Alto Cortex EDR and Check Point email security; monitor agent health, handle quarantine and allow/block requests, perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate security incidents with the Information Security team.
  • IT Operations Tools: Support DLP, vulnerability-management agents, VPN and secure remote-access clients, web filtering, remote-support tools, ITSM/ticketing and asset-management systems.
  • Network & Wireless Support: Monitor and troubleshoot corporate LAN, WAN, Internet links, VPN, DHCP, DNS and Wi-Fi; support access points, SSIDs and connectivity, and escalate complex changes to the Network or Security team.
  • AV & Collaboration Systems: Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference-room devices, displays, projectors and video-conferencing systems, including vendor coordination and meeting support.
  • Assets, Vendors & Documentation: Maintain IT inventory and lifecycle records; coordinate procurement, warranty, AMC, renewals and vendor SLAs; maintain SOPs, operational reports and knowledge documents.

What should We look in you?

  • 4–7 years of experience in Corporate IT Infrastructure, End User Support or IT Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
