Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT systems including hardware, software, networks, and servers across the organization.
• Lead the evaluation and migration of our existing ERP to SAP S/4HANA, from planning through implementation.
• Identify gaps in current legacy IT infrastructure and proactively recommend and execute improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, and IT procurement.
• Ensure IT security, data integrity, and system uptime across all operations. Ensure adherence to ISO 27001.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their relevance and applicability to our business.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support and troubleshooting across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT systems management, with strong exposure to both software and hardware environments.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, with working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA being essential.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing company is a must.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure – servers, networks, endpoints, cloud, and cybersecurity basics.
• A self‑starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver without hand‑holding.
• Passion for technology and a genuine interest in keeping up with the evolving tech landscape.
• Good communication skills to liaise across departments and with external vendors.
