Job summary

Haarvard Management Consultants in Bengaluru seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee our IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365/Azure, ERP systems, networks, and end-user support to ensure seamless business operations.

The role focuses on cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backup management, IT governance, and vendor management, with responsibility for leading IT projects and digital initiatives across manufacturing and multi-plant operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, VPN, and ERP (SAP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, cybersecurity, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP), and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 10–15+ years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-plant environment.
• Hands‑on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, VPN, and ERP (SAP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, cybersecurity, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP), and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
