Job summary

Kopran is seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site technical assistance at the Khopoli plant. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, networks and multiple servers, as well as administering SAP, email, and file services to keep operations seamless.

The candidate will back up critical systems, develop LAN/WAN networks and support QC Lab software, CCTV, biometric and access control systems to ensure uninterrupted production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support at manufacturing sites.
• Proficient with server and network troubleshooting across multiple servers.
• Knowledge of SAP, email, and file server administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to the Khopoli manufacturing site.
• Troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware and network for all users.
• Monitor and manage email, SAP, file, 2D server, Access server and related systems.
• Provide computer backup services to all departments.
• Develop new programs and LAN/WAN network setup and troubleshooting.
• Support QC Lab instruments and related software.
• Install and monitor biometric units, access controls and CCTV systems.
• Support FoxPro and SAP database backups and installations.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. To Provide IT Support to the manufacturing site at Khopoli Plant.
2. To provide troubleshooting & maintenance service related to computer handware & network to all user
3. Controlling and monitoring of e-mail server, SAP server ,File server,2X\\2D server, Access server,HPLC Empower 3 Server ,QC Lab Server, and Compliance Server & 2D Barcode Serialization & Temper Evident System Service & Support.
4. To Provide Computer back up services to the all departments.
5. Development of New Program ,NewLan Network Setup & Lan Wan Network Troubleshooting.
6. To Provide Administrative Support to QC Lab Instrument ,HPLC Software ,2D Barcode Serialization & Temper Evident System.
7. To Installation & monitoring of Bio metric Unit, Access Control Units & CCTV Cameras
8. To provide Support to FoxPro.
9. SAP data base restoration, backup, add on installation and software installation.
