Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on IT administration experience in manufacturing/plant environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of LAN/WAN, Windows systems, networking and servers.
• Familiar with CCTV, access control, biometric systems and IT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers and overall network infrastructure.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and printers.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory and user accounts.
• Handle DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and basic network security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Maintain CCTV surveillance systems, NVR/DVR and IP cameras.
• Maintain biometric attendance and access‑control systems.
• Manage IT assets, inventory and documentation; coordinate with vendors.
• Support ERP/SAP connectivity and user IT issues.
• Provide user support across Head Office and Plant; assist with new system installations.
