Job summary

Selective Global Search in Vadodara seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage day-to-day site IT operations and end-user support within the IT department.

You will coordinate with HO IT teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to maintain network, security, and asset management, while supporting projects across sites. Rotational day/night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in IT infrastructure/site IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience providing end-user support and managing site IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage site IT operations, end-user support, laptops, desktops, printers, applications, and connectivity.
• Provide priority IT support to Directors and senior stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and network infrastructure.
• Handle basic CCTV/NVR, IPPBX, and IP Phone support.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, maintenance, incidents, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, Admin/Facilities, and HO IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
• Support projects, infrastructure improvements, and other company sites as required.
• Willingness to work in rotational day/night shifts when required.
