Duruper is seeking a technically strong Team Lead – Systems, Network & Infrastructure to lead the design, administration, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure across the Corporate Office, Branches, Data Centre, and 200+ retail locations.
You will oversee enterprise systems, networking, cybersecurity, endpoint management, CCTV, IT service management, branch rollouts, automation, and infrastructure teams.
We are looking for a technically strong Team Lead – Systems, Network & Infrastructure to lead the design, administration, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure across the Corporate Office, Branches, Data Centre, and 200+ retail locations. The role will oversee enterprise systems, networking, cybersecurity, endpoint management, CCTV, IT service management, branch rollouts, automation, and infrastructure teams.
Lead administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, and backup infrastructure.
Design and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, VLAN, QoS, and internet connectivity.
Manage FortiGate Firewalls, SD-WAN, IPsec/SSL VPN, security policies, IPS, web filtering, and HA clusters.
Administer Google Workspace, including user lifecycle, Gmail security, MFA, licensing, and compliance.
Manage endpoint security, MDM, Intune, Autopilot, BitLocker, patching, application deployment, and device compliance.
Implement cybersecurity controls including EDR, vulnerability management, IAM, privileged access, and security monitoring.
Manage branch-wide CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, storage, and remote monitoring.
Lead ITIL/ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset Management, SLA, RCA, and Continual Service Improvement.
Plan and execute end-to-end IT setup for new branch openings, including network, firewall, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, biometrics, digital signage, and user systems.
Manage IT assets, CMDB, vendors, OEMs, ISPs, AMCs, SLAs, procurement, and renewals.
Prepare and monitor IT CAPEX/OPEX budgets and support audits and compliance requirements.
Identify and implement automation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and workflow tools, including AI-based monitoring and predictive alerting.
Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure engineers while providing L3 support and major incident management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.
Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise systems, network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN, and FortiGate.
Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, Intune/MDM, backup solutions, and network monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, MFA, EDR, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, and Zero Trust.
Experience managing infrastructure across multiple branches/sites and leading technical teams.
Strong IT service management, vendor management, project execution, and documentation capabilities.
English + Any South Indian Language is mandatory.
