• Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption and modernization.
• Build and manage high-performing infrastructure teams.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance (24/7 operations where applicable).
• Manage IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, upgrades, decommissioning).
• Manage infrastructure-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Evaluate and manage vendors, service providers, and system integrators.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and ensure service quality.
• Oversee IT helpdesk and end-user support services.
• Ensure quick resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Implement ITIL-based processes for service management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and internal policies.

Job Profile:

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organizations IT infrastructure, including networks, data centers, cloud environments, servers, and end-user systems. This role ensures high availability, security, scalability, and performance of IT systems to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership:

• Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption and modernization.
• Build and manage high-performing infrastructure teams.

2. Infrastructure Management:

• Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance (24/7 operations where applicable).
• Manage IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, upgrades, decommissioning).

3. Project & Vendor Management:

• Manage infrastructure-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Evaluate and manage vendors, service providers, and system integrators.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and ensure service quality.

4. IT Operations & Support:

• Oversee IT helpdesk and end-user support services.
• Ensure quick resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Implement ITIL-based processes for service management.

5. Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and internal policies. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and documentation of IT processes.

6. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets (CapEx & OpEx).
• Optimize costs while maintaining service quality and innovation
