Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

• Define and execute the organization's technical vision and roadmap.
• Lead Solution Architects, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Support Teams.
• Drive innovation in IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Ensure adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

2. Solution Design & Architecture

• Design enterprise IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Review and approve technical proposals, BOQs, BOMs, HLDs, LLDs, and solution documents.
• Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and solution workshops.

3. Project Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project reviews and technical audits.

4. IT Infrastructure Management

Provide technical leadership for:

6. Customer Engagement
