Job summary

Swashodhan Trust is a registered non-profit organization engaged in Rural Social Entrepreneurship , with 12A, 80G, and CSR registrations (FCRA in process).

The Trust works to build Self‑Sustaining, Self‑Sufficient, Dharmic Digital Model Villages , where healthcare, education, and digital services are delivered through digital platforms in rural and tribal areas.

We are looking for an IT Head to lead and manage the Trust's entire IT function, including IT administration. The role covers our EMR/EHR‑based digital health platform (such as OpenEMR), cloud infrastructure, and day‑to‑day IT operations.

This role requires someone who can independently lead the IT team and its projects , overseeing digital health systems, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations across Trust programmes.

Lead and manage the Trust's overall IT function, including IT administration.

Lead the IT team and oversee day‑to‑day team discussions and project planning.

Oversee development, customization, and maintenance of the EMR/EHR‑based digital health platform (such as OpenEMR).

Guide the team on PHP development and MySQL/MariaDB database management.

Manage and monitor Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
