Swashodhan Trust is a registered non-profit organization engaged in Rural Social Entrepreneurship , with 12A, 80G, and CSR registrations (FCRA in process).

The Trust works to build Self-Sustaining, Self-Sufficient, Dharmic Digital Model Villages , where healthcare, education, and digital services are delivered through digital platforms in rural and tribal areas of Telangana and India.

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and maintain full-stack applications and explore AI-powered solutions across our Digital Health, Digital Education, and ICT programmes. This is an in-office position based at our Hyderabad office — remote work is not available for this role.

We are looking for a developer with 1–2 years of hands-on coding experience, with MERN stack as the first preference, followed by Python, then PHP , along with working knowledge of both MySQL and MongoDB. The ideal candidate is a self-driven learner who can pick up new tools and technologies independently — including using AI to learn and solve real-world problems — and is ready to contribute across the Trust's technology initiatives, including our Rural EMR platform built on OpenEMR.

Develop and maintain web applications using MERN, Python, or PHP (in order of preference)

Design, query, and optimize both MySQL (relational) and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases

Build and integrate AI-powered features using current AI tools and APIs

Debug and troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues

Collaborate with the IT Head and development team on new and ongoing projects
