Job summary

Swashodhan is seeking an Administrator to lead and coordinate various programs aimed at transforming Narnoor village into India's First High-Tech Tribal Village. The Administrator will oversee Digital Education and ICT Skill Development initiatives while coordinating across various sectors such as telemedicine and government relations.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and be responsible for organizing leadership functions, thus contributing to Swashodhan's mission of creating self-sufficient village ecosystems.

• Coordinate across Digital Education, Telemedicine, ICT Skill Development, Government Relations.
• Organize and administer organizational leadership functions.
• Oversee Digital Education Programs and ICT Skill Development Centers.
• Oversee Information Technology and Digital Transformation.
• Supervise IT and technology teams with sufficient technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and scale all organizational programs and initiatives, serving as key operational leader supporting the Managing Director.
• Coordinate across Digital Education, Telemedicine, ICT Skill Development, Government Relations, CSR Partnerships, Research, Technology, and Digital Village initiatives.
• Organize and administer organizational leadership functions.
• Oversee Digital Education Programs.
• Oversee ICT Skill Development Centers.
• Oversee Information Technology & Digital Transformation (supervisory, not hands‑on development).
• Supervise IT and technology teams with sufficient technical understanding (direct development work not required).
