Role Overview:

We are seeking a Head of IT to oversee, secure, and scale our technology infrastructure. In this role, you will manage our current IT operations while designing a scalable technology roadmap that supports our business growth. You will lead a lean internal team, manage external vendors, and ensure our cloud and on-premise systems are secure, efficient, and cost-effective. As a key leadership figure, you will be responsible for the strategic vision, architecture, security, and governance of our entire IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Formulate and execute a long-term IT roadmap aligned with corporate growth and financial targets.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, migrating legacy architectures to highly scalable cloud or hybrid environments.
• Advise the executive suite (C-level) on emerging technologies, risk management, and technical ROI.

Enterprise Operations & Architecture

• Modernize and oversee enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, corporate networks, and unified communication systems.
• Establish clear IT policies, onboarding/offboarding workflows, asset management.
• Establish business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks designed for high availability and zero data loss.
• Standardize global IT service delivery, implementing ITIL or similar frameworks to maximize internal efficiency.

Governance, Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Own the enterprise security strategy, ensuring robust defense‑in‑depth across endpoints, cloud systems, and networks.
• Ensure strict compliance with global data privacy laws and security frameworks.
• Oversee comprehensive internal and external IT audits.
• Educate employees on security best practices and phishing awareness.

Financial Stewardship & Leadership

• Manage the annual IT capital and operational expenditure (CAPEX/OPEX) budgets, driving cost‑efficiency and vendor consolidation.
• Negotiate high‑value enterprise software licenses, infrastructure agreements, and managed service provider (MSP) contracts.
• Mentor and scale a multi‑tiered IT department, fostering a high performance culture of technical excellence.

Requirements and Skills:

Experience: 18-20 years of progressive experience in IT operations, with at least 08-10 years in mid‑senior capacity managing mid‑to‑large corporate environments.

Track Record: Proven success in leading large‑scale system integrations, enterprise‑wide software infrastructure modernizations. rollouts, Project implementation.

Technical Vision: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of enterprise cloud architecture cyber governance, and corporate identity management.

Leadership: Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. Certified professional to be preferred.
