Job summary

Dentalkart is seeking a senior IT & Information Security leader to drive the company’s IT infrastructure, security posture, and compliance across multiple locations. You will lead teams, define security strategy, and ensure an audit-ready environment aligned with business objectives.

The role emphasizes cloud and network security, asset management, and IT service management within a fast-growing e-commerce context.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Information Security.
• Minimum 3+ years in an IT/InfoSec leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Hands-on with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 and security compliance.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, cybersecurity, IT asset management and ITSM.
• Experience in e-commerce or multi-location organizations preferred.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, CCSP, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide IT and Information Security with governance across locations.
• Oversee secure, audit-ready IT infrastructure and service delivery.
• Build and manage IT strategy, teams, and security initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and SOC 2 frameworks.
