Job Description – Head of Information Technology & Digitization (IT Head)

Role Overview

QualityKiosk is seeking a forward‑looking Head of Digital Technology & Transformation to lead enterprise IT, cloud modernization, AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role will focus on building scalable, resilient, and digitally enabled technology operations that enhance efficiency, innovation, and business agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the organization’s digital technology roadmap
• Lead enterprise IT operations across cloud, infrastructure, networks, workplace technology, and enterprise platforms
• Drive digitization, automation, self‑service, and operational modernization initiatives
• Evaluate and implement AI / Generative AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure resilient IT operations through governance, backup/DR, and operational risk practices
• Build dashboards, monitoring platforms, and workflow automation capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable technology‑led transformation
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional technology teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in enterprise IT, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, and modern workplace technologies
• Knowledge of IT governance, operational resilience, backup/DR, and enterprise platforms
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
