Job summary

Arc Consulting (I) Private Limited is seeking an experienced tech professional to independently lead and manage the complete Tech function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing and improving software products, building AI-based solutions, and managing technical projects.

The role requires ownership, leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills, with strong emphasis on React/Next.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT, Product, or Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Experience in developing, improving, and maintaining software products.
• Experience in AI, AI Agents, LLMs, or AI-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of React / Next.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Good understanding of backend architecture, integrations, security, and scalable applications.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership and responsibility of the Product/Software department and technology initiatives.
• Lead development and enhancement of Background Verification products and solutions.
• Lead the product development process from idea to deployment.
• Build and manage full-stack applications and new product features.
• Develop AI Agents and AI-powered solutions to automate business processes and improve products.
• Identify ways to use AI and technology to improve products and operations.
• Work with management, business, and operations to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery, product quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead technical architecture, integrations, APIs, databases, and cloud activities.
• Work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the technical team.

Roles& Responsibilities

• Build and manage full-stack applications and new product features.
• Develop AI Agents and AI‑powered solutions to automate business processes and improve our products.
• Identify new ways to use AI and technology to improve products and business operations.
• Work with management, business, and operations teams to understand requirements and build suitable technology solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery, product quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead technical architecture, integrations, APIs, databases, and cloud‑related activities.
• Work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the technical team when required.

Requirements

TheSuccessful Applicant

• Minimum 8–12+ years of overall experience in IT, Product, or Software Development.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Prior experience in developing, improving, and maintaining software products.
• Experience in converting product ideas and business requirements into working products.
• Experience in AI, AI Agents, LLMs, or AI‑based applications.
• Strong knowledge of React / Next.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Good understanding of backend architecture, integrations, security, and scalable applications.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take technical decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of business requirements and ability to build practical technology solutions.
• Experience in BGV, HR Tech, Risk & Compliance, SaaS, or similar products will be preferred.
• Ahmedabad‑based candidates are preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
