Job summary

Ace Analytics, an Ahmedabad based software company, is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own end-to-end software delivery from requirements to production. The role focuses on technical leadership, architecture decisions, and guiding a Node.js/React/SQL stack, with emphasis on Node.js backend depth.

You will mentor developers, review code, manage delivery milestones, and ensure high quality, scalable solutions for clients across the globe. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Node.js expertise.
• Deep understanding of REST API design and backend integrations.
• Strong database design experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and relational design.
• Good grasp of software architecture and system design.
• Experience reviewing code and guiding other developers.
• Solid Git and modern development workflow experience.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization and application security.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical implementations and guide frontend work.

Job description

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Delivery Lead to take end to end ownership of software projects, from understanding client requirements and defining the technical approach, through guiding development and code review, to delivery and production. This is not a traditional Project Manager role. We want someone who has grown from a strong software development background into technical leadership, and who can guide a development team, make sound architectural decisions and own overall delivery. Our primary stack is Node.js, React, PostgreSQL and MySQL, with backend depth in Node.js as the highest priority.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and engineering approach for assigned projects, designing scalable, maintainable backend solutions in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design and review relational database structures in PostgreSQL and MySQL, and define APIs, integrations, authentication and application architecture.
• Make sound technical decisions around scalability, security, performance and maintainability, and identify architectural risks and technical debt early.
• Review important pull requests and code, and establish and enforce coding standards, Git and branching processes, release practices and engineering best practices.
• Lead and technically guide frontend and backend developers, break requirements into clear tasks, allocate work to strengths, and unblock the team on difficult problems.
• Mentor junior and mid level developers to raise the team’s overall technical capability and discipline.
• Take full ownership of delivery, converting requirements into an implementation plan, breaking work into modules and milestones, estimating effort, and coordinating development, QA, UAT and production releases.
• Surface risks, dependencies and delays early, balancing engineering quality against practical delivery timelines.
• Participate confidently in client meetings, understand business and technical requirements, translate them into clear technical solutions, and explain decisions and trade offs to non technical stakeholders.
• Remain hands on enough to understand the codebase, troubleshoot complex problems and step into the code when required.

Key Skill Required

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands on Node.js.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and backend integrations.
• Strong RDBMS and database design experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including relational design, indexing and query optimization.
• Good understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Experience reviewing code and guiding other developers.
• Strong Git and modern software development workflow experience.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization and application security.
• Ability to break business requirements into technical implementations.
• Working knowledge of React and modern frontend development, enough to guide the team, discuss architecture and coordinate frontend and backend work. Deep React expertise is not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have:

AWS, Azure or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and containers, SaaS or enterprise applications, microservices or distributed systems, automated testing tools, experience with international clients, and AI assisted coding and prototyping tools such as Lovable or Figma Make.

Education:

B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA or relevant experience.

Experience:

5 to 8 years. Capability is considered more important than exact years.

Salary Budget:

20 LPA to 26 LPA
