Job summary

Die Miba Group sucht eine/n erfahrene/n SAP SuccessFactors EC-Experte/n zur Beratung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Human Capital Management-Prozessen in Maharashtra.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen, verantworten Konfiguration, Integration und Change-Management, sowie die Schulung von Benutzern und Teams weltweit. Relevante Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil, Auslandserfahrung seamless möglich.

Qualifications

• Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Capital Management Software.
• Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideal mit vollständigem Lifecycle-Implementierungserlebnis.
• Routinierte Konfiguration, Anpassung sowie Release- und Change-Management in SuccessFactors.
• Kenntnisse zu Integrationen/Interfaces zwischen SuccessFactors EC und SAP HCM sowie anderen Systemen (z.B. BIB).
• Idealerweise technischer oder IT-bezogener Bildungsabschluss und ggf. SAP SuccessFactors Zertifizierung.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, Design, Entwicklung, Tests und Implementierung neuer bzw. geänderter HCM-Geschäftsprozesse.
• Mitwirkung in Implementierungsprojekten für SuccessFactors EC und dessen Integrationen.
• Verantwortlich für Ticketbearbeitung (Incidents, Service Requests) innerhalb SLA.
• Bereitstellung standardisierter Prozesslösungen und Anpassungen basierend auf Benutzeranforderungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern zur Anforderungserhebung und Umsetzung effektiver Lösungen.
• Unterstützung des täglichen Betriebs und Gewährleistung der Systemfunktionalität.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung bestehender Prozesse und Förderung kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserungen.
• Verantwortlich für globale Team-/Benutzer-Schulungen und Dokumentationen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Collaborate in implementation project for SuccessFactors EC and its integration and support the business in defining requirements
• Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs
• Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Support daily operations, ensuring seamless system functionality
• Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improvement
• Responsible for global team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc.

Professional Expertise

• Relevant 5+ years of professional experience in Human Capital Management software
• Relevant 3+ years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (incl. full life cycle SuccessFactors EC implementation experience) and preferable additional SF modules (e.g. Recruiting, Learning)
• Proficient in configuration & customization as well as release & change management in SuccessFactors
• Knowledge on integration / interfaces between SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM as well as other systems, including BIB (Business Integration Builder and related BADI (Business Add-in)
• Basic knowledge of Human Capital processes and operations
• Preferably completed a technical or IT related education
• Preferably active SAP SuccessFactors EC certification
• Experience in SAP HCM is an advantage
• Testing and debugging skills are an added advantage
• Understanding of databases, data migration and interfaces is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework
