Job summary

Ciel HR in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Sales Advocate with strong IT hardware and computer product sales expertise to drive sales of laptops, desktops, peripherals, accessories, and gaming devices. The role requires building customer relationships and recommending suitable products through telesales or inside sales in a hybrid setup with rotational shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of direct IT hardware sales experience, excellent communication, and a background in B.Tech.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years direct IT hardware/product sales experience.
• Hands-on sales experience with laptops, desktops, computer peripherals, accessories, gaming devices, or similar hardware products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IT hardware products, including laptops, desktops, computer peripherals, accessories, and gaming devices.
• Promote and sell products from brands such as Dell, HP, Microsoft Surface, Xbox, and other relevant hardware brands.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, explain product features and benefits, and support purchase decisions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Manage customer interactions professionally through telesales, inside sales, or other relevant sales channels.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, product knowledge, and persuasive selling skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of direct and relevant IT hardware/product sales experience.
• Hands-on sales experience with laptops, desktops, computer peripherals, accessories, gaming devices, or similar hardware products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in telesales or inside sales is preferred.
• Candidates with experience at Teleperformance or similar organizations are preferred, provided their sales experience is directly relevant to IT hardware products.
• B.Tech qualification as per the specified eligibility criteria.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and rotational shifts in Hyderabad.

Important Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates with fully relevant IT hardware/product sales experience will be considered.

Candidates with mixed or unrelated sales backgrounds, including banking products, loans, credit cards, insurance, investments, LinkedIn sales, certification sales, training/course sales, or purely service-based sales, will not be eligible.

Experience in general sales or customer service without direct computer hardware product sales exposure will not be considered relevant.
