Raja Auto Sales seeks a proactive IT professional to manage the dealership's IT infrastructure across locations in Bengaluru. You will maintain computers, printers, scanners, networking devices, and other equipment, ensuring reliability and uptime.

The role covers software & DMS/CRM/ERP support, network management, data security, CCTV and biometric devices, and vendor coordination for repairs and licensing. You will work closely with dealership teams to safeguard data and system performance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, networking devices across dealership locations.
• Provide technical support for DMS, CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other dealership software.
• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and inter-branch networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Ensure data security, antivirus protection, user access controls, and regular backups.
• Monitor CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control, and related IT equipment.
• Maintain IT asset registers, software licenses, AMC records, and coordinate with service providers.

• 1. IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, networking devices, and other IT equipment across dealership locations.
• 2. Software & DMS Support: Provide technical support for Dealer Management System (DMS), CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other dealership-related software applications.
• 3. Network & Internet Management: Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and inter-branch network connections.
• 4. Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, email, operating systems, and peripherals.
• 5. Data Security & Backup: Maintain data security, antivirus protection, user access controls, regular data backups, and confidentiality of company information.
• 6. CCTV & IT Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and other electronic equipment.
• 7. IT Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain IT asset registers, software licenses, AMC records, and coordinate with service providers for repairs, installations, and technical support.
