Job summary

California Burrito is seeking a proactive IT Maintenance Executive to manage day-to-day IT support across all our restaurants, including POS systems, printers, networking, and landline phones. The role requires weekend availability to keep store operations smooth.

Diploma in IT Engineering is required; travel to store locations may be needed. Salary up to 5 LPA, commensurate with experience, and opportunities to grow in a rapidly expanding, India-wide restaurant network.

Qualifications

• Support & Coordination: On-call support during weekends; train store staff on basic IT usage; assist during new store launches.

About the Position:

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for proactive IT Maintenance Executive to manage day-to-day IT support across all our restaurants. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure such as POS systems, printers, internet connectivity, and landline phones. The role requires availability during weekends as well.

Roles/Responsibilities

1. Store IT Support:

• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, billing software, and peripherals.
• Handle installation, setup, and troubleshooting of printers.
• Support SIM-based landline phones and manage recharges, activations, and issues.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi routers and network-related problems at stores.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all IT hardware during store operating hours.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by store teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, POS providers, and telecom partners for issue resolution.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain backup devices and ensure quick replacements when required.

3. Support & Coordination:

• Provide on-call/anydesk support during weekends and peak hours if required.
• Train store employees on basic troubleshooting and correct usage of IT equipments.
• Maintain issue logs through Terotam and share regular status updates.
• Assist during new store launches with IT setup and readiness.
