Job summary

Spago Foods Pvt Ltd, master franchise partner for Magnolia Bakery in India, seeks a hands‑on IT Executive to manage hardware, network, CCTV, biometric, POS, and office equipment across bakery outlets, warehouse, and corporate office.

The role requires 2–3 years of IT infrastructure experience, familiarity with CCTV, POS, and biometrics, and willingness to travel for on‑site support. Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in IT hardware, networking, and infrastructure support.
• Working knowledge of CCTV systems, POS/billing software, and biometric devices.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, IP configuration).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to outlets for on‑site support as needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple vendors.
• Experience in retail/QSR/F&B industry IT support is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Hardware & Laptop Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals; manage IT asset inventory and AMC renewals; coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Network Management: Set up and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches; troubleshoot downtime; ensure security and uptime.
• CCTV & Security Systems: Coordinate CCTV installs and monitoring; ensure footage backup and system uptime.
• POS & Billing Systems: Install, configure, and support POS terminals and billing software; troubleshoot issues; coordinate updates with vendors.
• Biometric & Access Systems: Install and maintain biometric attendance and access control; sync with HR/payroll.
• Printers & Office Equipment: Set up printers/scanners; manage consumables and AMC contracts.
• General IT Support: Provide first‑level support, document assets, support new outlet rollouts, ensure policy compliance.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations, minimal downtime, and reliable technology support across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Laptop Management

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals across outlets and office
• Manage IT asset inventory, warranty tracking, and AMC renewals
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and vendor support for hardware issues

Network Management

• Set up and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi routers, switches, and internet connectivity across all locations
• Troubleshoot network downtime and liaise with ISPs for quick resolution
• Ensure network security and uptime for all outlets

CCTV & Security Systems

• Vendor coordination for Install and configure CCTV and monitor CCTV systems across all outlets and back‑end areas
• Ensure footage backup, storage management, and system uptime
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and system upgrades

POS & Billing Systems

• Install, configure, and support POS terminals and billing software at outlets
• Troubleshoot POS hardware/software issues to minimize outlet downtime
• Coordinate with POS vendors for updates, patches, and new outlet rollouts

Biometric & Access Systems

• Install and maintain biometric attendance and access control systems
• Ensure accurate attendance data sync with HR/payroll systems
• Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues

Printers & Office Equipment

• Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other office peripherals
• Manage consumables (toner, cartridges) and AMC contracts

General IT Support

• Provide first‑level troubleshooting support (helpdesk) for outlet and office staff
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and vendor contacts
• Support new outlet setups (network, POS, CCTV, biometric) as per rollout plans
• Ensure IT compliance with company policies and data security practices
