Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees and outlets, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support the company's IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to office, factory, and outlet users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, internet, and system issues.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Support ERP/POS and other business applications.
• Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password-related issues.
• Ensure regular data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Support software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
• Provide IT support during new system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Travel to branches/outlets when required for technical support.
• Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of business-critical IT issues.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, and switches.
• Experience in ERP/POS support will be an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with users, vendors, and different departments.
• Willingness to travel to company outlets when required.

Qualification
