Job summary

Oswal Group Real Estate is seeking a senior IT/ERP leader to manage and optimize the Highrise ERP across Projects, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Stores, Finance and Accounts. The role includes ensuring ERP workflows, access controls, data accuracy and automation, while coordinating with vendors for customization and upgrades.

Based in Kolkata, the candidate should drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT/ERP experience, preferably in Real Estate/Construction.
• Strong ERP management, IT infrastructure and AI implementation experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace/Sheets and MIS reporting.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the IT & ERP team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely support.
• Manage and optimize Highrise ERP across Projects, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Stores, Finance, Accounts and other functions.
• Ensure proper ERP workflows, user access, data accuracy, system controls and process automation.
• Coordinate with ERP/software vendors for customization, integration, upgrades and issue resolution.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networking, internet, servers, hardware, software and office IT systems.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data backup, access control and disaster recovery.
• Manage company laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometric/access systems and other IT assets.
• Manage Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets and other cloud-based applications.
• Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards and automated reports for management and departments.
• Support integration of ERP, CRM, mobile applications and other business applications.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation across the organization.
• Explore and implement AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, reporting, decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement relevant technologies such as AI, RPA, IoT, Cloud, Analytics and automation tools.
• Manage mobile/web applications used by employees, customers or business teams and coordinate with developers/vendors for improvements.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT, ERP, network, hardware and application-related issues.
• Manage IT/ERP vendors, software licenses, AMC, contracts and SLA performance.
• Develop and implement IT/ERP SOPs, policies and security controls.
• Train employees on ERP, Google Workspace, applications and new technology tools.
• Ensure technology systems are scalable, secure, reliable and aligned with business requirements.
• Regularly assess new technology solutions that can improve construction, sales, finance, procurement and overall business operations.

Qualification & Experience

B.Tech/B.E./MCA/MBA-IT or equivalent with 8–12 years of relevant IT/ERP experience, preferably in Real Estate/Construction.

Strong experience in ERP management, IT infrastructure, networking, MIS, Google Workspace/Sheets, application management, team handling and technology/AI implementation.
